Job Responsibilities

• Prospective land data collection by knocking door to door.
• Regular commination through phone or physically to Prospective landowners.
• Regular phone call as per collected client's data base.
• Visit various potential clients, Club members, Associations members etc.
• Arrange meeting schedule randomly with the potential landowners.
• Appropriate knowledge for proposal preparation and submission.
• Capable of doing feasibility study regarding development of land
• Area survey for prospective land hunting
• Convincing capacity of handling various types of Landowners
• Other tasks as assigned by the superior/management

Educational Requirements

• BBA/Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

• 1 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Well communication skills
• Computer knowledge's and abilities
• Only males are allowed to apply
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Land, Land Acquisition, Land and Legal, Land Measure, Land Procurement, survey land
