Job Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and visitors professionally at the showroom.
• Handle front desk operations and maintain a positive customer experience.
• Attend phone calls, WhatsApp, Facebook, and email inquiries.
• Explain machine tools and industrial products to walk-in customers.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents.
• Coordinate with the sales team regarding customer requirements.
• Follow up with prospective customers to increase sales.
• Maintain customer database and daily sales records.
• Support showroom display and ensure products are presented neatly.
• Assist management with administrative and sales support tasks.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
• Business, Marketing, or Management background will be an advantage.

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in Front Desk, Customer Service, Sales, or Showroom Sales.
• Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements

• Gender: Female
• Age: 22–32 years.
• Smart, presentable, and professional appearance.
• Excellent communication skills in Bangla and basic English.
• Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Email.
• Strong interpersonal and customer handling skills.
• Positive attitude, self-motivated, and willing to achieve sales targets.
• Experience in industrial products, machine tools, engineering products, or showroom sales will be preferred.
