Job Context

We are looking for a person who will look after the commercial industries, Housing Project and others business activities under Magura Group.

Job Responsibilities

• We are searching for a self-motivated, dynamic and experienced leader to supervisor/monitor and control HR, Admin & compliance of the Group.
• Ensure proper planning, organizing, directing, controlling and monitoring overall HR, Admin & Compliance function of the Group.
• Maintain discipline of the personal irrespective of the rank & Status. Monitor, Supervise & coordinate all admin, transport, overall logistics issue as per Group Policy.
• Proficiency in accurate correspondence in Bangla and English language and handling of all types of official notes and documents.
• Proficiency in making and executing foreign contracts, local contracts, memorandum of understanding.
• Liaison and performance of work with various departments/institutions of local administration, Government, Private.
• To lead the employees and take necessary action as following the Policy of Group.
• Support organization in formulating and implementing training development program and succession plan.
• Monitor, safety, Health, Hygiene, environment and security properly.
• Supervising attendance, Leave, Discipline issues and solve any dispute.
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related result as needed.

Educational Requirements

• Master of Commerce (MCom), Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• MBA (HRM)/ PGD (HRM)/ Masters in Public Administration

Experience Requirements

• At least 10 year(s)
