Jobs Responsibilities:

• Oversee the overall financial operations of the company, including accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, and taxation.
• Develop and implement financial strategies, policies, and procedures to drive financial growth, profitability, and operational
• Lead and manage the finance team, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to ensure high performance and professional
• Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and company policies.
• Monitor financial performance, conduct financial analysis, and provide insights and recommendations to the senior management team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support decision-making, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
• Manage cash flow, treasury functions, and banking relationships to optimize liquidity and financial
• Oversee the coordination of audits, ensure compliance with tax regulations, and manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Stay updated with industry trends, financial regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and enhance financial performance.



Educational Requirements

• Masters of Commerce (M.Com) in Finance & Banking
• Must have Post Graduate in Finance & Accounting with CA-CC,
• Partly Qualified Chartered Accountant (FCA)/Cost Management Accountant.
• Skills Required: Computer skill, ERP, Tally Software
