We seek competent professionals for a Leading Ad Firm as Head of Factory Admin (Retired Army CV needed)

Key Responsibilities:

Admin Activities:

• Develop, implement, and manage admin campaigns that promote our company and its clients.
• Formulate a comprehensive Admin strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on insights.

Security Management:

• Manage and oversee all Admin Security platforms and admin Design
• Oversee the company's website, ensuring its effectiveness and user experience.
• Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create admin and optimize the user experience.

Analytics & Reporting:

• Measure and report on the performance of all Admin Activities
• Conduct A/B testing and other forms of experimentation to improve performance.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Admin HR or General Education or Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Any Education with Major Post

 

Experience

• 2-3 Years Proven working experience in Admin Security,

Personal Attributes:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team

 

Job Location

• Bhaluka, Mymenshing

Salary

• 150-170K + He will stay at factory premises, where having 1800 SF flat for him.
