Job Title: Head of HR - Senior Manager (OD C&B KPI HR POLICIES, SOPs)
Location: Any Where in Bangladesh
Salary Range (Monthly): 80-100K
Key Responsibilities:
We are a growing interior design and fit-out organization engaged in corporate, commercial, and residential projects. To strengthen our human resource management, compliance, and organizational development, we are seeking an experienced, strategic, and leadership-driven professional for the position of Head of HR (Senior Manager).
HR Strategy & Leadership:
- Develop and implement HR policies, SOPs, and manpower planning aligned with business objectives.
- Act as a strategic HR partner to top management.
- Build and maintain a performance-driven organizational culture.
Recruitment & Talent Management:
- Oversee end-to-end recruitment for design, project, sales, procurement, and support teams.
- Manage onboarding, confirmation, promotion, transfer, and exit processes.
- Develop succession planning and talent retention strategies.
Performance Management & KPI:
- Design and manage KPI, probation evaluation, and performance appraisal systems.
- Monitor departmental performance and support corrective actions.
- Advise management on performance improvement and disciplinary issues.
Compensation, Payroll & Compliance:
- Supervise payroll processing, salary structure, increments, incentives, and benefits.
- Ensure full compliance with Bangladesh Labor Law and company policies.
- Maintain HR documentation, employee records, and audit readiness.
Training, Discipline & Employee Relations:
- Identify training needs and arrange internal/external training programs.
- Handle employee grievances, misconduct, and disciplinary proceedings.
- Maintain healthy employee relations and workplace discipline.

Additional Requirements

- Strong knowledge of Bangladesh Labor Law and HR compliance
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
- High level of integrity and confidentiality
- Proficiency in MS Office, HR reporting, and HRMIS
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced project environment
