KR Tech is a leading 1st Class Contractor (E/M and Civil), Specialist in all kinds of Engineering and Solutions. Focused on Constructions and Power Plant Materials and Spare Parts Supply Works, Government e-GP Contracts covering full range of HVAC Solutions (Supply + Servicing), Various range of Contracting scope specially in Civil (Piling, Demolition, Drainage, Security wall, Fencing) and Electro-Mechanical Works (Sub-Station, Lighting, Inside and Outside wiring, Firefighting, Safety -Security), along with Construction Equipment Rental within the Non-Government and and Specially Government Sectors (PWD, LGED, DPHE) to – meet/helping our commercial, industrial, utility and Government customers.

 

Job Title: 2.    HVAC Technician

Location: Mohammadpur Dhaka Head Office

Salary Range (Monthly): Negotiable

 

 

Job Responsibility: The HVAC Technician is a skilled professional responsible for the hands-on installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.

• Installation: Review blueprints to install, connect, and replace complete HVAC units and components.
• Maintenance & Repair: Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults, perform routine tune-ups, and replace worn parts like motors or compressors.
• Troubleshooting: Use specialized tools (e.g., multimeters, pressure gauges) to identify and fix system malfunctions.
• Safety: Handle and recycle refrigerants according to EPA regulations and maintain safety logs.

Education

• TTC in RAC and completion of an HVAC technical training program or apprenticeship is
• Certification: TTC, BTEB Training certificate in RAC

 

 Experience

• 2-3 Years in HVAC Technician or Fresher can apply with certicication with HVAC

 

Additional Skills

• Mechanical aptitude, ability to read schematics, and physical stamina to work in confined spaces or extreme temperatures
