Job Responsibilities

• Regular monitoring of areas to ensure cleaning.
• Ensure that each member of cleaning team understands the organization's cleaning procedure.
• Recognizing areas that need to be cleaned, and assigning such areas to specific members.
• Develop and implement cleaning systems and procedures.
• Assist Purchase department in selecting suppliers for items related to Housekeeping and Place orders for new cleaning equipment.
• Create schedule/roaster every day/week that shows who is assigned to clean which areas.
• Responsible for inspecting the work of housekeeping staff to make sure it meets organization standards.
• Creating requisition of cleaning items to store in software.
• Communicating with various head of the department to solve cleaning issues.
• Arranging training to develop cleaning personnel.
• Any other responsibilities assigned by superior time to time.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor degree in any discipline.

Experience Requirements

• At least 3 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Office Cleaning

Additional Requirements

• Age at least 25 years
• Willing to work under pressure.
• Proven experience as a cleaning personnel.
• Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
• Excellent communication and Teamwork skills.
• Integrity and professional ethics.
