Jobs Responsibilities

• We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Dispatch Department as a Junior Executive. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient execution of dispatch operations, contributing to timely deliveries.
• Distribute important & urgent letter, documents, invitation letters, press releases, etc. to the receivers
• Ensure safe, accurate, timely, and efficient delivery of all orders
• Protect the organization's reputation by keeping confidentiality of all documents
• Receiving bills from vendors & distribute specific persons.
• Timely distribute official documents
• Courier different type of documents & assets
• Maintain and update all dispatch records and other important documentation
• Regular report to Supervisor
• Perform other duties assigned by supervisor

• 1 to 3 years
• Freshers are also encouraged to apply.
