Job Responsibilities

• Assist in load and capacity planning using IE tools and techniques
• Assist in analyzing daily work in progress (WIP) and comparing with planned efficiency
• Check pilot run & identify the critical areas
• Identify production related problem, low efficiency areas and wastage & suggest for necessary resolution
• Assist in identifying efficiency & utilization of manpower and machine
• Assist in finding individual capacity, capability, efficiency & analyze related reports & adding valuable feedback
• Assist in Identifying & eliminating Non Value Adding (NAV) operations by value stream mapping for selected areas

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Industrial Eng & Production
