Smart Printing Solution Ltd is hiring competent professionals as Manager-Credit Recovery

 Position: Manager.

Division: Credit Recovery.

Location: Dhaka.

No. of Position: 01.

 

Jobs Responsibilities:

• Monitor overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery of outstanding dues.
• Develop and implement credit recovery policies and strategies.
• Identify high-risk accounts and plan legal or negotiation-based recovery actions.
• Review employment and working conditions to ensure legal compliance.
• Lead, train, and motivate the credit recovery team.
• Prepare regular reports on recovery status, delinquency trends, and progress.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (minimum) in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Banking or a related field.

 

Experience

• 5/7 years of experience in Credit control, Loan collection or recovery, Risk management.
• Strong knowledge of credit management, loan recovery, and financial regulations.
• Familiarity with banking operations, customer relations, and collection strategies.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical
• Proficiency in MS Office, ERP, or banking software systems.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage a team of recovery officers.

 

Additional Requirement Skills:

• Strong leadership, interpersonal communication (vocal personality) & networking skills.
• Having ability to flawlessly multi-task and thrive under pressure and deadlines
