Job Context

 

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare Bill/ Voucher & posting into the software
• Maintain cash book, Bank book & other ledger book
• Prepare Weekly bank reconciliation statement
• To ensure that all accounting source documents are accurately preserved and all financial activities are kept in true and fair manner.
• Follow up receivables collection and balances & liaison with all department;
• Responsible for the daily recording & posting of all transactions in the books of Accounts/accounting software.
• Confirmation of bank deposit, verification and cross check as per policy.
• Any other related jobs as may be required by the management.

Educational Requirements

• M.Com/ MBA/BBA (Accounting/ Finance) from any public/reputed private universities with good academic record.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 35 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Accounts Department.
• Candidates having experience will be given preference
• Good communication in Bengali and English.
• Able to work under pressure.
• Good analytical & communication ability and Presentation skill
• He/She should have skills in MS-Office program (i.e. MS-Word, Excel & Power Point).
