    Jobs Responsibilities

    • A Manager in HR & Admin typically oversees various responsibilities, including talent acquisition, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy implementation. They manage recruitment processes, conduct employee onboarding, handle performance evaluations, and address workplace conflicts. Additionally, they ensure compliance with labor laws, manage personnel records and coordinate administrative functions such as facility management and vendor relationships. With 6 to 8 years of experience, they're expected to lead strategic HR initiatives, contribute to organizational development, and provide effective leadership within the HR and Admin functions.
    • Recruitment: They are involved in the hiring process, from creating job descriptions to conducting interviews and selecting candidates who align with the company's goals.
    • Employee Relations: Managing relationships between employees and addressing workplace concerns or conflicts is a key aspect. They strive to maintain a positive and productive work environment.
    • Policy Enforcement: Implementing and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures, as well as compliance with employment laws, is a vital responsibility.
    • Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other perks, falls under their purview.
