Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Industrial Engineering (IE) department and team.
- Develop and implement production efficiency improvement strategies.
- Conduct time study, motion study, capacity analysis, and line balancing.
- Set and review SMV/SAM, target, efficiency, productivity, and manpower requirements.
- Analyze production data and identify bottlenecks, process losses, and productivity gaps.
- Improve production processes to reduce cost, wastage, and lead time.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IE reports and performance analysis.
- Monitor line efficiency, production targets, and operator performance.
- Develop manpower allocation plans based on production requirements.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Merchandising, and HR teams.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support new style/product layout, capacity planning, and production planning.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
- Train and develop IE team members and ensure effective team performance.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Mechanical Engineering, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- MBA or relevant professional certification will be an advantage.
Experience
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Industrial Engineering.
- Experience in RMG/Textile/Garments manufacturing will be highly preferred.
- Strong experience in managing an IE team and improving factory productivity.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of SMV/SAM, Line Balancing, Time Study, Capacity Planning, and Efficiency Analysis.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong leadership and team management capability.
- Good knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement.
- Strong communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines.
