Job Context

The job holder is primarily responsible for overall maintenance of equipment`s within Agora. He/she is required to evaluate & improve the departmental efficiency in adherence to Standard Operating Procedures & systems on a continual basis and also he has to assist the line managers with preventative & constructive thinking to optimize outlet machinery.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead all maintenance process and operations.
• Planning and implementation of scheduled maintenance of all outlets.
• Ensure on time break down maintenance of all outlets.
• Track expenses and oversee the budget for maintenance.
• Generation of monthly maintenance break down report and expenditure analysis. Maintain communication with the external vendor for emergence maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment.
• Monitoring and settling of utility payments on time.
• Keep tracking on maintenance cost of outlet and generate report for HOD.
• Regularly visit outlet to ensure the regular outlet maintenance work
• Ensure proper processing of financial matter with the external vendor.
• Maintain all machinery to ensure it's at working standards.
• Create and implement maintenance procedures.
• Ensure all department employees adhere to the safety policies and procedures.
• Develop maintenance team members through on-going training, as provided by the company or elsewhere subject to Company approval.
• Implementation and monitoring of QMS process in all outlets.
• Adhere to all QMS processes and procedures and train and mentor subordinates to understand them.
