Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Lead, supervise, motivate, and monitor the performance of the sales team.
- Appoint and expand dealer, distributor, and channel partner networks across the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, retailers, contractors, builders, and project clients.
- Identify new business opportunities in residential, commercial, industrial, and government sectors.
- Increase market share through effective territory management and business development activities.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and customer requirements.
- Ensure timely collection of receivables while maintaining the company's credit policy.
- Coordinate with Production, Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Accounts departments for smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Organize dealer meetings, product training programs, and promotional campaigns.
- Monitor inventory availability to meet market demand.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, pricing guidelines, and ethical business practices.
- Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's/Honors degree from a recognized university.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience.
- Experience in the Plastic / Polymer Industry is mandatory.
