Job Responsibilities
- Develop and implement marketing and merchandising strategies to achieve business and sales targets.
- Manage customer accounts and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential buyers.
- Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, production, design, and merchandising teams.
- Handle product development, costing, sampling, order follow-up, and delivery schedules.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Monitor market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activities.
- Prepare sales forecasts, marketing plans, and regular business reports.
- Negotiate pricing, orders, and commercial terms with customers.
- Ensure timely execution of customer orders while maintaining quality standards.
- Lead, motivate, and monitor the performance of the marketing and merchandising team.
- Work closely with production and quality teams to ensure products meet buyer requirements.
- Visit customers, factories, and business partners when required.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Textile, Apparel Merchandising, or a related field.
- MBA will be an added advantage.
Experience
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Marketing & Merchandising, preferably in the RMG/Textile/Apparel industry.
- Candidates with strong buyer handling and business development experience will be preferred.
