Jobs Responsibilities

• Accept orders based on Budgeted Capacity
• Customer-wise and Product Type-wise
• Foresee Capacity over/under situations for the next 6 months and escalating required information in a timely manner
• Ensure correct customer and product mix
• Manage line continuations to gain production efficiency
• Ensure correct profitability
• Develop and manage projections in line with company goals
• Ensure production work-in-progress aligns with company standards
• Ensure the production facility is loaded to achieve budgeted sales FOB and value-added
• Provide an overall Capacity Dashboard
• Compile a Weekly Business Summary for MIS
• Maintain a Capacity Dashboard for M&S

Education

• Bachelor degree in any discipline

Experience

• At least 6 years

Additional Requirement

• Age 25 to 40 years
• Experience in related of planning/ production/operations sector. The candidate will be preferred for professional degree.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
