Job Context

 

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare daily, weekly, fortnightly and monthly work planning.
• Prepare supplier payment schedule & bills; submit to management for payment of each month.
• Regular monitoring the monthly inventory sheet and maintain daily vehicle programs.
• Ensure zero defect materials supply at project.
• Ensure required materials (Best quality) delivery on time at projects.
• Regular monitoring of price negotiation, terms & conditions and others issues with suppliers.
• Develop & improve strategy for procure quality materials with best competitive price.
• Arrange co-ordination meetings with other departments as and when required.
• Ensure capable suppliers sourcing, identifying and recruitment.
• Monitoring periodical supplier's awareness about quality and in time delivery of materials and morality.
• Daily M.R.R (Material Receiving Report) input the project inventory and P.O list.
• Any other job given by management as and when required.
• Efficiency in Supply Chain management with able to proper internal auditing.
• Strong coordination to ensure proper inventory management and storage.
• Other tasks as assigned by the superior/management

Educational Requirements

• MBA/M. Com /BBA/B. Sc in Civil Engineering from any reputed university.

Experience Requirements

• 12 to 15 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Age at least 35 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Supply Chain, Transport Management, Group of Companies, Real Estates.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in supply chain on real estate sector.
• Should have Positive attitude & devoted to hard work.
• Dynamic, proactive, self-motivated and value driven.
• Computer literacy is a must, preferable to work in Tally Software.
