Jobs Responsibilities
- Responsible to manage the Top Line and P&L for the Country.
- Lead and Guide the team and continuously review performance (e.g., OV, Revenues, Pricing, PRF maintenance, SG&A, Cash, Headcounts) to ensure budget guidelines as agreed with Zone are met.
- Regularly monitor targets set/MTA for the country to ensure adherence to Forecasts.
- Promote co-ordination and synergy within the country and Zone to achieve set targets and create a harmonized work culture.
- Work closely with India and leverage opportunities, create synergies that will enhance country performance there in Zone growth.
- Be abreast with country policies and adapt the go to market strategy for the Zone and leverage for business growth.
- Coach and develop a high performing team.
- Ensure Compliance to all applicable law, rules, regulation and Standards.

- Handling a P&L of 50m’ Euro with +50 headcount
