Job Context

Provati Ad is an Advertisement company in Dhaka and is seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing and Branding Executive to oversee the comprehensive marketing strategies and implementation for a advertisement center. This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a unique blend of design prowess, marketing expertise, and technical expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research

• Study market trends
• Analyze customer needs and behavior
• Monitor competitors’ activities

Marketing Campaign Planning

• Create marketing plans and strategies
• Plan online and offline promotional campaigns
• Support product launch campaigns

Digital Marketing

• Manage social media pages (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.)
• Run Facebook/Google ads
• Handle email marketing and website updates

Content & Promotional Materials

• Prepare brochures, flyers, banners, posters, and presentations
• Write promotional content, ad copy, and captions
• Coordinate with graphic designers/content creators

Brand Promotion

• Increase brand visibility in the market
• Maintain company image and reputation
• Build strong customer engagement

Client & Public Communication

• Communicate with customers and business partners
• Attend meetings, events, seminars, and trade fairs
• Build relationships with clients and vendors

Sales Support

• Work closely with the sales team
• Generate leads
• Help achieve sales targets through marketing activities

Campaign Performance Analysis

• Track campaign results
• Prepare reports on reach, leads, and conversions
• Suggest improvements for future campaigns

Education

• HSC/Graduation in Marketing or general subject

 Experience

• 05-06 years of experience in Corporate Marketing on Advertisement

Additional Requirement

• Strong knowledge of Marketing Strategy
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong understanding of Advertisement industry products/services.
