Requirements

LANCO DEVELOPMENTS LTD.. is a reputed Real Estate Developer Company located in Banani, Dhaka, is looking for dynamic, honest and potential candidates for the position of MATERIAL IN-CHARGE OFFICER (IMD) SITE

 

• To receive Materials for project at day & night
• To store Material & dumping properly as per requisition
• To Issue materials as per Materials Requisition Form (MRF)
• To look after the whole materials consumption procedure &report to the responsible supervisor
• Any other task assigned by Management

Education

• Diploma in Civil Engineering
• Bachelor/Honors
• Professional certification course on Store/Inventory

 

Experience

• At least 5-8 year(s) Experience as MATERIAL IN-CHARGE OFFICER (IMD) SITE of any renowned & reputed Real Estate Developer Company.

 

Additional Requirements

• Have to work in Site Project
• Accommodation at construction site inside Dhaka city
• Must have sound Knowledge in MS Word, MS Excel
• Bick Must.
