Redmin is seeking dynamic and versatile candidates to oversee the comprehensive marketing strategies and. Redmin Industries Ltd is a Supplier, Manufacturer, Wholesaler & Distributor of chemicals, chemical Related products & raw materials; established in 2022. It has a wide range of product services including adhesives, thermoplastic resins, ink & packaging solutions, and other supplies of raw materials required by our clients. Our aim is to provide a complete comprehensive chemical solution to our clients based on their application, processes & customized needs. Our excellent R&D, product development and after sales technical support team are capable to cater the needs of complex manufacturing process and able to provide fast, unique & cost-effective solutions and products. This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a unique blend of design prowess, marketing expertise, and technical expertise. So Redmin is hiring Officer (Chemist)

 

Jobs Responsibilities

• Formulation of products (hot melt, solvent based and water based adhesives, varnishes, coatings etc.)
• Research for developing products, testing procedures and innovative solutions for products and process.
• Developing cost effective and competitive products.
• Testing of raw materials and finished goods (quality and performance).
• Establish procedures and protocols for testing of raw materials and finished goods.
• Analyzing physical and chemical properties of materials using techniques like spectrophotometry muffle furnace, MFI testers, viscometers etc.
• Operating, maintaining and procuring laboratory equipment
• Visit customers for technical support, product trial, troubleshooting etc.
• Sourcing of raw materials and machineries.
• Documenting and preserving all research work.
• Preparation of TDS, MSDS and related documents.
• Develop safety and environmental policies and protocols for handling raw material and finished goods.
• Any work assigned by higher management.
