Officer/ Executive - Claims Department is an exciting opportunity to grow your career in a fast-paced, innovative environment. So we are  looking for Officer/ Executive - Claims Department.

 

Job Responsibilities

• The incumbent should be self-motivated and fulfill the company's goal and will be responsible for department related activities. An entry-level position where deserving candidates will have the potential to grow and develop.
• Ensuring effective operational control and implements operational strategy guided by the Head of the Department.
• Contributing to the Staff morale and productivity with emphasis towards search for excellence in developing good team spirit and healthy competition.
• Error free & justified Claims settlement with highest level of professional dignity.
• Excellent analytical ability and attention to detail both in claim settlement & manipulated claim identification.
• Achieving maximum level of client satisfaction through proper email correspondences, telephonic conversations, timely claim settlement, ensuring smooth hospitalization service and regular update to clients.
• Maintain liaison and good relationship with Guardian Life Hospital network to ensure smooth cashless hospitalization for clients.
• Proficiency in English both speaking and writing with standard typing speed in both Bangla & English.
• Ability to maintain schedules and commitments under pressure Enthusiastic in completing any task assigned by Head of the Department.

Education

• At least a Bachelor’s degree or any related field from a reputed university

Experience

• 2 to 6 years
