So crown Cement is looking for Officer/Senior Officer - Shipping Operation.

 

Job Responsibilities

• Supervise and track the unloading process of mother vessels at the port.
• Maintain and share daily operational reports with concerned departments.
• Monitor the activities of all chartered/coastal vessels.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely submission of all operational records.
• Act as the communication bridge between the Head Office and the Factory regarding vessel-related operations.
• Ensure timely flow of operational information and updates across locations.
• Manage the end-to-end process of all relevant bills (discharge, charter hire, agency, stevedoring, etc.).
• Verify and coordinate approvals and submission to Finance for timely payment.

Education

• At least a Bachelor’s degree or any related field from a reputed university

Experience

• 1 to 4 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Shipping, Cement Industry

Additional Requirement:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Smart appearance and a presentable personality
• Self-driven and result-oriented
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
