Age:

• 30 to 35 years

 

Location:  Dhaka, BANANI

 

Salary: 10000/= - 12000/BDT

 Requirements

• Clean floor and maintenance all works
• Arrange the water to floor and others place
• Delivery goods from store and store all goods in store room
• Alert on good theft
• Maintain the security of store and others maters

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent

 

Experience

• At least 2-5 year(s) Experience as Project Caretaker of any renowned & reputed Real Estate Developer Company.

Additional Requirements

• Previous experience in property maintenance or related field preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Physical fitness and ability to lift heavy objects and perform manual labor
• Attention to detail and ability to identify and solve problems quickly
