Job Responsibilities

• Preparing delicious and healthy Local and Multi-cuisine food Items.
• Prepare special dishes as per requirements.
• Supervising kitchen staff's activities in food preparation.
• Full awareness of all menu items, their recipes, methods of production, preservation and presentation.
• Monitoring the quality standards according to the guideline of the Management.
• Engaging in innovation of different types of new recipes.
• Maintain proper cleanness and hygiene of the kitchen area.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum HSC or equivalent
• Diploma in Hotel Management will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 7 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Hotels
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Hotel

Additional Requirements

• Only males are allowed to apply
• Educational qualification may be relaxed for experienced persons.
• Skills required in all types of food preparation like, Chinese, Italian, Local, Thai etc.
• Person who have experience in any 5 star or 4 star Hotel industry will be given preference.
