Job Context

Ocean Paradise Hotel & Resort started its journey by the near end of 2011 with a dream of developing domestic tourism, as well as to contribute for making Cox's Bazar an international tourism destination. With just few rooms it started and gradually it added not rooms, but services from many dimensions. It secured the FIVE STAR license from the Ministry of Civil Aviation and Tourism, a prestigious license issued to only a few in the country. During its long journey, it focused not only on providing rooms to stay, but also on Food and Beverage, and now we are F&B destination as well.

 

So we are hiring Room Attendant

 

 

Position Title: Room Attendant

Department: Admin     

Report To: Head of Admin

Place of Posting: Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh.



 

Job Responsibilities

• Clean and tidy guest rooms when needed.
• Sweep, vacuum, and mop floors.
• Change bed sheets, pillow covers, and blankets.
• Make beds neat and clean
• Wash and sanitize toilets, sinks, showers, and bathtubs.
• Provide and replace used towels with clean ones.
• Refill items like soap, shampoo, tissue, drinking water, tea/coffee supplies, etc.
• Clean tables, chairs, lamps, TV, windows, and other furniture.
• Report any damaged items or maintenance problems (AC, lights, and plumbing) to the supervisor.
• If any guest item is found, report it to the housekeeping office.
• Ensure the room is fully clean and ready before new guests check in.
