We seek competent professionals for our company as RSM - Paint & Chemical CTG Base

 

Job Title:  RSM - Paint & Chemical CTG Base

Department: Sales and Marketing

Reports To: Head of Sales

 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Source the customer of paints and chemical as they are in under construction of Building
• Execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the Industrial, Institutions, and Corporate Sector.
• Identify and engage potential paints industrial, Institutions, Corporate client.
• Provide support and product recommendations to clients.
• Build strong relationships with customers to drive long-term business growth.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and competitive insights.
• Collaborate with the Brand & Digital marketing team to develop promotional strategies.
• Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Submit weekly sales reports and sales forecasts to Team Leader.
• Any other task assigns by Management.

• 10-12 Years in Sales in only Paints and Chemical

Requirement Skills:

• In-depth knowledge of Sales and Marketing competitors analyze
• Experience with scale-up sales planning.
• Experience with eco-friendly communication with sales strategy

Salary

• 100K +Incentives Full Time Car +DA 450BDT
