Job Context

Job Responsibilities


• He is responsible for ensuring the site safety and security of personnel, valuable materials, and assets of the construction site premises.
• He should be able to efficiently supervise and manage the security personnel.
• He should monitor site security staff/ Cleaner by regular patrolling.
• Able to train the security personnel in all security drills and security procedures lay down in the standing orders.
• Submit the Daily/Weekly/Monthly duties reports of the personnel detailed on each shift and put up the same with the administrative department and Head office.
• To periodically inspect serviceability of firefighting equipment and Fire Tenders.
• Inspect the log book of entry and exit of personnel, materials, vehicles and stores at the commencement of his duty and at the end of his duty.
• Ensures operation of security equipment's by completing preventive maintenance following management instructions and troubleshooting malfunctions.
• He is also responsible for monitoring the electronic surveillance equipment used in the premises.
• Able to act as liaison between the Security Unit and Top Management of the facility and maintain liaison with local Police station, Fire station and nearest Hospital.
• To collect all necessary documents from sites and deliver to head office or vice versa.
• For day to day functions he will consult with HR & Admin department of the Company.

Educational Requirements

• Minimum H.S.C/ Equivalent.
• Retired defense personnel will be given preference.

Experience Requirements

• At least 8 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Only males are allowed to apply
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Real estate/construction sector or Group of Companies.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to get along with diverse personalities.
• Able to ride motorbike and having a valid driving license and motorbike.
• Performs other duties as assigned by superior.
