Job Responsibilities
3D Visualization & Software Skills
- Create high-quality 3D visualizations, perspectives, and presentations for architectural projects.
- Prepare 3D models and rendering based on 2D drawings and project requirements.
- Utilize architectural software including AutoCAD, 3DS Max, SketchUp, Lumion, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, and MS Office.
- Prepare professional design presentations for clients and project stakeholders.
Interior Design & Finishing Knowledge
- Develop interior design solutions according to project requirements.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of interior finishing materials, furniture design, and design coordination.
- Understand project requirements and provide practical design solutions.
- Prepare detailed interior design concepts and execution plans.
Architectural Visualization & Technical Drawing Skills
- Convert schematic drawings into detailed working drawings.
- Prepare architectural plans, sections, elevations, and construction details.
- Develop BOQ with specifications and project requirements.
- Ensure designs comply with building codes and regulations including Dhaka Imarat Nirman Bidhimala.
- Apply strong analytical, graphical, and presentation skills in design development.
Client Management & Project Coordination
- Present and explain architectural designs to clients in both Bengali and English.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and ensure project satisfaction.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, and site teams.
- Ensure timely project delivery through effective communication and coordination.
Project Management, Leadership & Quality Control
- Lead and manage architectural and interior design projects from planning to completion.
- Take ownership of project execution, quality control, and timely submission.
- Manage project workflow and ensure proper work procedures are followed.
- Guide and coordinate team members for successful project completion.
- Handle multiple projects with different requirements efficiently.
- Prioritize tasks and manage project timelines effectively.
- Maintain design standards and ensure quality control throughout all project stages.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch.) from a recognized university.
- Master’s Degree in Architecture or related field will be preferred.
- Must have Membership of Institute of Architects Bangladesh (IAB).
Experience Requirements
- 8–10 years of relevant experience in Architectural and Interior Design projects.
- Experience in Design/Printing/Publishing or Interior Design industries will be preferred.
Additional Requirements
- Strong knowledge of architectural design and interior project execution.
- Excellent skills in 2D and 3D visualization.
- Strong understanding of construction details and design coordination.
