Job Responsibilities

• Maintain smooth supply chain management for all kinds of Garments Machinery, Spare parts, Electrical & Mechanical items with required quality;
• To responsible for preparing comparative statement of different materials by collecting quotations from vendors;
• To find out new vendors on a regular basis;
• Responsible for preparing work order and invoice;
• To keep eyes at the current market price of materials;
• Monitor and follow-up with supplier for timely delivery;
• Assist to control purchasing department budgets;
• To analyze and compare constant market price and delivery schedule in order to assess present and future material availability;
• Prepare reports on market conditions and merchandise costs and develop a data base of market price trend;
• Communicate with MCD & concern Department as per required.
• Maintain required MIS.

Educational Requirements

• MBA in Marketing or B.Sc in Electrical/Mechanical from any reputed university.
• Supply Chain Professional degree will get preference.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s):
  Purchase/ Procurement, Sourcing, Supply Chain
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s):
  Garments, Garments Accessories

Additional Requirements

• Age 28 to 30 years
• Working experience in Supply Chain with large group of industry.
• Should have local & International market knowledge regarding Garments Machinery & Spare parts
• Good knowledge in MS Excel and MS word
• Good English communication & presentation skill.
• Good team player and sharp, smart with a charming personality.
• Good analytical ability, time management & record management skill.
• Energetic, confident and proactive.
• The applicant should have at least 1 year experience in the same position.
