At our inception, we had a workshop with a few sewing machines and knitting looms producing sweaters. This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a unique blend of design prowess, marketing expertise, and technical expertise. So Crystal Group is hiring Senior Officer-Knitting Expert.

Jobs Responsibilities

• How Are You Textile Industry Limited is a knit fabric mill, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Officer with specialized expertise in Knitting for the Puma and M&S 1st Bulk. If you are a proactive individual with a deep understanding of Knitting processes and passion for achieving outstanding results, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
• Responsible for specific buyers follow up in knitting
• Making correct decision in knitting development related issues based on customer requirement
• Set-up all parameters according to Buyer’s requirements
• Ensure quality both from inside and outside.
• Need co-ordination with the relevant personnel in knitting section
• Yarn Analysis with Knit GSM Balancing by stich length as required
• Ensure compliant workplace as per customer requirement
• Prepare necessary reports required by the management
• Develop different Structured Fabric/ design fabric of given Swatch.
• You are expected to suggest/implement improvement plans to improve the quality & efficiency of the dye house.
• Maintaining an effective intra and inter departmental communication as team player and team leader
• Follow any other task assigned by the management

• 4 to 8 years
