So Akij Venture is hiring Sr. Executive/ Executive, Production (Feed Mill)

 

Jobs Responsibilities

• Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that the company has enough feed to meet demand and maintain pricing levels.
• Supervising staff to ensure that they are performing their jobs effectively.
• Assessing the quality of incoming ingredients and outgoing products for compliance with industry standards.
• Review production records.
• Schedule feed production.
• Keep inventory of feed ingredients and order as needed.
• Test and review feed/grain quality.
• Handle customer questions and complaints.
• Evaluate operating procedures.
• Prepare and monitor monthly, quarterly and yearly budgets.
• Stay up-to-date on new technology and ways to make process improvements.
• Train new employees and provide development opportunities.
• Maintain filling equipment and other equipment needed to perform duties.

• Bachelor/ Master’s degree in any discipline (Preferred animal science, agriculture, Mechanical or related field)

Experience

• 3 to 5 years

Additional Requirement

• Age 28 to 35 years
• 3-5 years’ experience in feed milling or a similar agricultural production environment.
• Only Males
