Job Context

Seize Air BD is a reputed air compressor distributor in Bangladesh and it is most popular air compressor in the market and for its operation it is going to hire a Manager to handle a team.

Job Responsibilities

A Sr. Manager Service (Air Compressor) is responsible for managing the service department, technical support, maintenance operations, customer satisfaction, and team performance related to industrial air compressors.

 

• Manage overall after-sales service operations for air compressor systems.
• Lead and supervise service engineers, technicians, and support staff.
• Ensure installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air compressors.
• Plan preventive maintenance schedules for clients.
• Handle breakdown service and emergency technical support.
• Monitor service quality and customer satisfaction.
• Visit factories and industrial clients when necessary.
• Provide technical solutions for compressor performance problems.
• Coordinate with sales team for AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) and spare parts support.
• Maintain service reports, maintenance records, and technical documentation.
• Control service department budget and operational costs.
• Ensure availability of spare parts and tools.
• Train junior engineers and technicians on compressor systems and safety.
• Maintain safety standards during servicing activities.
• Build strong relationships with industrial customers.
• Handle warranty claims and service agreements.
• Monitor KPIs, service response time, and team productivity.
• Prepare monthly service performance reports for management.
• Support business growth through excellent after-sales service.

Technical Knowledge Required

• Industrial Air Compressor systems
• Screw Compressor / Piston Compressor
• Pneumatic systems
• Electrical & mechanical troubleshooting
• PLC basics (preferred)
• Preventive & predictive maintenance
• Industrial safety standards

Educational Qualification:

• Sc. / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
• Electrical Engineering
• Mechatronics Engineering

Experience Requirement:

• 7–15+ years’ experience in industrial service or compressor industry
• Experience in managing technical service teams

Additional Requirement:

• Only Males are allowed to apply
• Computer Literacy is a must.
• Typing skill in both Bengali and English.
