Job Context

 
Job Location : Factory- Demra, Dhaka.

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure Quality Management System and adherence to GMP guideline.
• Prepare and review SOP’s specifications & methods for Raw Materials, Packaging Materials & Finished Products, etc.
• Perform IPC, BMR, BPR checking, change control activities, and batch release activities.
• Handle the Market Complain deviation, QIR, CAPA, NCR and rejection.
• Handle the batch documentations and retention sample and ensuring proper investigation of quality incidents.
• Perform the Training Need Assessment (TNA) to prepare, and conduct program of employees.
• Issue, review and close the Batch Manufacturing and Packing Records and final release of product to the market.
• Issue, review and approve Process Validation and hold time study protocol, and monitor the validation activities.
• Issue, review and approve the machine qualification protocol, and monitor the qualification and requalification activities.
• Ensure calibration of all Machineries of Production, QC, QA & PD Department and others
• Ensure validation of Analytical methods, Cleaning and Qualification of Equipment.
• Any other responsibilities given by the Top Management.

Educational Requirements

• M. Pharm/B. Pharm/MSc. In Chemistry/Biochemistry/Applied Chemistry from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

• 5 to 10 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 45 years
• The applicants should have experience in the following area(s): Quality Assurance
• The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Pharmaceuticals
• Working Experience in similar post will be added advantage.
• Good Communications Skills both Bengali and English.
• Computer Skill in MS-Office & Internet based Application.
