Job Context

Job Location : Head Office.

Job Responsibilities

• Study on continuous being for searching new products, recent clinical information to develop promotional materials and to prepare appropriate plan and strategies to ensure sustainable sales growth.
• Prepare the Monthly & yearly Product Forecast.
• Develop the design of Packaging Materials & Printed Materials as or when required.
• Monitor the availability of RM & PM to factory on time in co-ordination with Purchase Dept with a view to ensuring smooth supply of Finished Products on time.
• Monitor distribution of finished products in coordination with Factory & Distribution Dept.
• Update Product Stock & Sales every day and share that with respective Dept. for necessary input & corrective measures.
• Analyze the MO, FM & RSM wise Product wise Sales regularly & monthly and communicate with the field forces to get feed-back on product and company from the customer.
• Ensure all regulatory related activities.

Educational Requirements

• M. Pharm/B. Pharm from any reputed University.

Experience Requirements

• 3 to 5 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Age 30 to 45 years
• Both males and females are allowed to apply
• Working Experience in similar post will be added advantage.
• The Applicants should have experience in the following area(s): PMD, Marketing.
• The Applicants should also have experience in the following business area (s): Pharmaceuticals.
• Good Communications Skills both in Bengali and English.
• Must have the ability to work under pressure.
• Computer Skill in MS-Office & Internet based Application.
