This multifaceted role requires a candidate with a unique blend of design prowess, marketing expertise, and technical expertise. So Lanco is hiring SR SITE ENGINEER (CIVIL CONSTRUCTION)

Age:

• 38 to 48 years

• Dhaka, BANANI

 

Salary: Negotiable

 

Requirements

• Execute and implementation of project works according to work schedule.
• Project management, Project costing, Planning & progress monitoring, Sub-contractor dealing, overall supervision, liaison and preparing bills.
• Manage materials, equipment and supporting materials of the project.
• Ensure quality of civil works, construction materials and finishing items.
• Coordinate of electrical mechanical works ensure safety & security
• Making report of engineering and store materials, control material wastage.
• Solve project relates any kind of problem & monitor work of the project
• Manage workers when it will be needed, Ability to work under pressure, Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Education

• Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Civil Engineering
• Diploma in Engineering in Civil Engineering

Experience

• At least 5-10-year(s) Experience as SR SITE ENGINEER (CIVIL CONSTRUCTION) of the Engineering Department of any renowned & reputed Real Estate Developer Company.

Additional Requirements

• Age 40 to 50 years
• Experience in Real Estate works with minimum 2 or 3 Basement of High-rise Building.
• Must have strong Communication & Management Skill.
• Strong problem-solving skills and Provide support to other team members.
• Should have good knowledge in drawing & design.
