So we need a Executive Human Recourses for lead or factory and now we are hiring Territory Sales Officer – TV & Fridge Division

 

Jobs responsibilities

Rancon Electronics Limited, a proud player in the electronics industry and the exclusive licensee

in Bangladesh, is expanding its team to take our Television Division to new heights.

We are looking for passionate, target-driven professionals to join us as Territory Sales Officer (TSO) – TV & Fridge Division

 

 

• Achieve monthly sales targets through effective territory management.
• Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and retailers.
• Implement trade marketing activities and product promotions at ground level.
• Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
• Ensure product visibility and availability in assigned territory.

Educational Requirement  

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or relevant field.

 Experience requirement

• 2–3 years of experience in consumer electronics/FMCG sales

 

Additional Requirement  

• Strong knowledge of local market dynamics.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.

Salary 

• BDT 20-30 (per month).
