Job Context

 
• Bashundhara Group a well-reputed & highly regarded business conglomerate is looking for a skilled and professional person for the position Waiter for the residence of Top level Management.
• As the position involves a significant level of hands-on service to the Management and their guests, the schedule and hours worked will vary considerably, requiring a large degree of flexibility. Occasionally, such positions are live-in, where security and/or 24/7 on-call services are appropriate.

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare tables by setting up linens, silverware and glasses
• Present menu to the VIP, answer’s question regarding food & beverage.
• Provide the perfect service each and every meal time.
• Communicate order details to the Kitchen Staff
• Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation and report any problems
• Arrange table settings and maintain a tidy dining area
• Carry dirty plates, glasses and silverware to kitchen for cleaning
• Follow all relevant health department regulations
• Provide excellent service to the guests.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygene.

Employment Status

     Full-time

Educational Requirements

• Minimum HSC or equivalent
• Diploma in Hotel Management will be preferred.

Experience Requirements

• 2 to 3 year(s)

Additional Requirements

• Experience of formal service of drinks and food.
• Well groomed
• Experience in delivery of a discreet, confidential and unobtrusive service.
