We seek competent professionals for the leading multinational Consumer Goods industry as Digital Marketing Manager

 

Job Responsibilities

• Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and generate qualified leads.
• Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Improve website traffic and search rankings through SEO and SEM strategies.
• Manage social media marketing activities across multiple platforms.
• Monitor campaign performance and optimize ROI using Google Analytics (GA4), Search Console, and Meta Business Suite.
• Develop and execute email marketing and marketing automation campaigns.
• Coordinate with the creative team to produce engaging digital content.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Prepare monthly digital marketing performance reports.
• Manage digital marketing budgets effectively.
• Lead, train, and supervise the digital marketing team.
• Ensure all digital marketing activities align with business objectives.

 

Employment Type:

• Full-Time

Office Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holidays:

• 2 Days

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• MBA in Marketing will be an added advantage.

 

Experience Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a managerial or team leadership role.
