Job Context

SATCO REAL ESTATE is a proud sister concern of the renowned SATCO GROUP, which operates five other successful sister concerns. We are seeking a smart, energetic, and ambitious Female Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client communications, fix meetings, and manage sales operations for our Real Estate division. This role requires a high level of professionalism as you will be dealing with VIP clients.

 

Key Responsibilities:

Company: SATCO Real Estate (A Sister Concern of SATCO Group) SATCO Real Estate, a sister Concern of the renowned SATCO Group, is looking for a smart, energetic, and ambitious Female Executive to join our Real Estate Sales team. The selected candidate will handle client communication, schedule meetings, and support sales operations while dealing with corporate and VIP clients.

• Generate leads through daily Outbound calls to prospective clients and introduce company projects and services clearly.
• Schedule appointments by convincing potential clients over the phone and arranging meetings for the sales team.
• Manage and meet corporate clients at the office or project sites while maintaining a professional and well- groomed appearance as a representative of the company.
• Conduct presentations, negotiate prices, and close sales deals to achieve monthly sales targets.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients through regular follow- ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
• Prepare professional emails, maintain client databases in MS Excel, and submit daily work reports to management. Visit project sites or client
• Offices when necessary to support and facilitate sales activities.
