Job Context

Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Executive – Human Resources for renowned multinational industries in Personal and Beauty Care Products to join the Creative Team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality brand assets across our business platforms and marketing channels, ensuring every visual reflects beautiful premium brand identity.

 

Working under the guidance and supervision of the Creative Director, you will transform creative concepts into polished brand executions that drive engagement, brand awareness, and online sales.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support recruitment, CV screening, interview scheduling, and candidate communication.
• Maintain employee files, attendance records, leave records, and HR databases.
• Assist with onboarding, employee documentation, and orientation programs.
• Support payroll inputs, HR reports, and employee benefits administration.
• Help implement HR policies, workplace procedures, and employee engagement activities.
• Maintain confidentiality of employee and organizational information.

Office Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holidays:

• 1 Days
• Government Holidays

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• 1–3 years in HR operations or recruitment; fresh graduates with relevant internships may be considered.
• Fresher can apply

Required Skills

• Knowledge of recruitment and general HR administration.
• Good communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and email.

• Around BDT 25,000/month
