Job Title: Executive - Sales & Marketing (Travel Agency Hotel Type)
Location: Dhaka (Tejgaon Industrial Area)
Salary Range (Monthly): 10-20K
Key Responsibilities:
We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Executive to promote and sell travel products and services of Go Dot 5 Travel Agency. The role involves handling client inquiries, converting leads into bookings, and maintaining strong relationships with customers to achieve sales targets.
- Promote and sell travel packages, airline tickets, hotel bookings, visa services, and other travel-related products
- Handle walk-in clients, phone calls, emails, and online inquiries professionally
- Conduct regular field visits to generate new leads
- Develop and manage corporate sales by coordinating with companies, organizations, and group clients
- Understand customer requirements and suggest suitable travel solutions
- Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with potential clients and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings
- Maintain accurate records of sales, bookings, and client information
- Coordinate with operations and ticketing teams to ensure smooth service delivery
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer issues or complaints
- Stay updated on travel destinations, airline policies, visa requirements, and promotions
- Handle Umrah package sales, customer inquiries, and client consultations
- Advise pilgrims on suitable Umrah packages, visa requirements, and travel procedures
- Process Umrah visa applications and coordinate with authorized agents and partners
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi Umrah regulations and internal agency policies
