Job Responsibilities
- Conduct time study, motion study, and method study for production operations.
- Calculate and maintain SMV/SAM for different styles and operations.
- Prepare production targets based on manpower, SMV, machine capacity, and working hours.
- Perform line balancing to improve production flow and line efficiency.
- Monitor daily production, efficiency, productivity, and capacity utilization.
- Identify production bottlenecks and recommend corrective actions.
- Analyze manpower requirements and optimize manpower allocation.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly IE reports.
- Monitor operator performance and identify opportunities for productivity improvement.
- Support new style/product layout and production line setup.
- Work closely with Production, Planning, Quality, Merchandising, and other departments.
- Assist in implementing Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Follow up on production efficiency and ensure achievement of departmental targets.
- Maintain IE-related records, reports, and production data.

Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial & Production Engineering (IPE), Textile Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
Experience
- 2–5 years of relevant experience for Executive/Sr. Executive level.
- Experience in RMG/Garments/Textile manufacturing will be preferred.
- Fresh graduates with strong IE knowledge may be considered for Executive level.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of SMV/SAM, Time Study, Motion Study, Line Balancing, and Capacity Planning.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and IE-related software/tools.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to analyze production data and identify efficiency gaps.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
