Job Responsibilities of a Graphic Designer
- Create Visual Designs
- Design social media posts, banners, posters, flyers, brochures, and advertisements.
- Create logos, business cards, and brand identity materials.
- Develop Marketing Materials
- Design promotional materials for both digital and print media.
- Create product catalogs, leaflets, and company profiles.
- Design for Digital Platforms
- Create website banners and landing page graphics.
- Design email marketing templates.
- Produce graphics for online advertising campaigns.
- Photo Editing & Image Retouching
- Edit and enhance product and promotional images.
- Remove backgrounds and retouch photographs.
- Brand Consistency
- Ensure all designs follow the company's branding guidelines.
- Maintain consistency in colors, fonts, and visual style.
- Work with Marketing Team
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and content teams.
- Understand campaign objectives and create suitable visual content.
- Video Graphics (Optional)
- Create simple motion graphics and animated content.
- Design video thumbnails and promotional graphics.
- Prepare Print Files
- Prepare print-ready files for brochures, packaging, and banners.
- Coordinate with printing vendors when necessary.
- Manage Multiple Projects
- Handle several design projects simultaneously.
- Meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality work.
- Stay Updated
- Keep up with the latest design trends, typography, and creative tools.
- Suggest innovative design ideas to improve marketing performance.

Educational Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Diploma or certification in Graphic Design may also be considered with strong experience.
Experience
- Graphic Designer: 2–4 years
- Senior Graphic Designer: 4–7 years
