KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Graphic Design & Creative Content
- Design professional and visually engaging social media posts, banners, promotional graphics, brochures, flyers, infographics, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual content consistent with the company's brand identity.
- Create marketing creatives for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
- Maintain consistency in typography, colors, layouts, and overall visual presentation.
- Design official documents, presentations, reports, and other business materials when required.
Video Editing & Content Production
- Edit promotional videos, service-related videos, reels, short-form videos, and corporate content.
- Add appropriate transitions, text, subtitles, audio, and visual effects.
- Prepare video content optimized for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop engaging video content for promotional campaigns.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
- Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Implement on-page, off-page, technical, and local SEO practices as required.
- Optimize website content, metadata, headings, images, and internal linking.
- Monitor website performance and keyword rankings using relevant analytics and SEO tools.
- Recommend improvements to increase organic traffic and search visibility.
Reporting & Performance Analysis
- Track and analyze social media, advertising, and website performance.
- Prepare regular reports on campaign results, reach, engagement, leads, and other relevant KPIs.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and recommend data-driven marketing strategies.
- Maintain records of campaigns, content, budgets, and performance reports.
Team Coordination & Additional Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the marketing, counseling, sales, and management teams to understand promotional requirements.
- Develop creative content based on service offerings, target audiences, and business objectives.
- Provide marketing materials and creative support for company campaigns and events.
- Assist with website content, landing-page layouts, and basic website updates when required.
- Provide basic technical support for office computers, printers, scanners, and related equipment when necessary.
- Perform other relevant duties assigned by management.
