Job Context

Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is a private Recruitment Solution provider in Bangladesh. On behalf of our client, Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented talent employee for renowned multinational industries in Personal and Beauty Care Products to join the Creative Team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality brand assets across our business platforms and marketing channels, ensuring every visual reflects beautiful premium brand identity. Working under the guidance and supervision of the Creative Director, you will transform creative concepts into polished brand executions that drive engagement, brand awareness, and online sales.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design visual merchandising materials for retail outlets.
• Create promotional posters, banners, standees and in-store displays.
• Develop creative concepts for seasonal and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare print-ready artwork and production files.
• Coordinate with the visual merchandising and marketing teams.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and corporate identity.
• Support store branding, product display and promotional activities.
• Revise designs based on management feedback.

Office Hours:

• 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Weekly Holidays:

• 2 Days
• Government Holidays

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication or a relevant discipline.

Experience: 2-5 Years in Graphic Designer in Merchandiser

 

Required Skills

• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Adobe InDesign (advantageous).
• Print and production artwork preparation.
• Typography, layout and color composition.
• Retail branding and promotional design.
• Creative problem-solving and attention to detail.
