Express Search Talent Solutions (ESTS) is a private Recruitment Solution provider in Bangladesh. On behalf of our client, a Renowned multinational company is looking for a passionate, detail-oriented Junior Digital Designer to join the Creative Team. In this role, you will be responsible for executing high-quality digital assets across our e-commerce platforms and marketing channels, ensuring every visual reflects beautiful premium brand identity.

Working under the guidance and supervision of the Creative Director, you will transform creative concepts into polished digital executions that drive engagement, brand awareness, and online sales.

 

Position Title: Junior Digital Designer (Abode Expert & Digital Activities)

Department: Digital Marketing (Creative Team)

Reports to: Creative Director

Salary: 30-40K

Job Location: Banani Dhaka

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and implement all website visual assets, including homepage banners, promotional banners, landing pages, category headers, and campaign graphics.
• Create high-performing Meta advertising assets for Facebook and Instagram campaigns in multiple formats and dimensions.
• Produce digital creative for Google Display Network, newsletters, and other digital channels.
• Adapt campaign key visuals into multiple digital formats while maintaining brand consistency.
• Ensure all creative assets meet company's premium visual standards and align with campaign objectives.
• Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to execute seasonal campaigns, product launches, promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Prepare final artwork optimized for web performance and responsive digital platforms.
• Maintain organized design files and digital asset libraries.
• Support ongoing website updates by replacing banners and promotional creative as required.
• Stay updated on digital design trends, social media best practices, and platform specifications.
• Revise artwork based on feedback while managing multiple projects within deadlines.

Educational Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in digital design, preferably within retail, beauty, fashion, or e-commerce.

 

Required Skills

• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Strong understanding of digital advertising formats and responsive web design.
• Excellent typography, layout, and composition skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across all touch points.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A strong portfolio demonstrating digital advertising, website design, and campaign execution.
