Job Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Accounts & Finance Department to ensure efficient financial operations.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with applicable accounting standards.
- Prepare and monitor annual budgets, financial forecasts, and cash flow projections.
- Maintain accurate General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Bank Reconciliations.
- Monitor daily cash flow, banking transactions, fund management, and working capital requirements.
- Develop and implement cost control systems for manufacturing operations.
- Prepare product costing, production costing, inventory valuation, and profitability analysis.
- Ensure accurate accounting of raw materials, Work-in-Process (WIP), finished goods, and inventory movements.
- Supervise VAT, Income Tax, and other statutory compliance, including return filing and liaison with regulatory authorities.
- Coordinate internal and external audits and ensure timely implementation of audit recommendations.
- Prepare MIS reports and financial analyses to support management decision-making.
- Monitor customer receivables, supplier payments, and credit control.
- Ensure compliance with company financial policies, internal controls, and statutory regulations.
- Coordinate with Production, Procurement, Sales, Warehouse, HR, and Management for effective financial planning.
- Ensure proper utilization of ERP software and maintain financial data accuracy.
- Support management in strategic financial planning, investment evaluation, and business expansion.
- Perform any other responsibilities assigned by Management.

Educational Requirements
- MBA in Accounting or Finance from a recognized university.
- CA (CC), CA Course Completed, ACCA, or CMA will be considered an added advantage.
Experience Requirements
- Minimum 10 years of experience in Accounts & Finance.
- At least 3 years of experience in a managerial position.
- Experience in the Plastic / Polymer Industry is mandatory.
Additional Requirements
- Age: 35–50 years.
- Only male candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong knowledge of IAS, IFRS, VAT, Income Tax, and the Companies Act of Bangladesh.
- Experience in manufacturing costing and inventory accounting.
- Sound knowledge of budgeting, financial analysis, treasury management, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
- Strong analytical, leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
